Shipping Policy
Every shipping option, its price and its estimated transit time is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. The table below is the same information in one place.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. We do not ship anywhere else — if your country is not one of the three, checkout will not offer a shipping rate.
United States orders include all 50 states and the District of Columbia, Alaska and Hawaii included. We do not currently ship to US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Please check your address carefully at checkout — we are unable to change an address once an order is placed.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it went unclaimed, a $6.99 fee is deducted from the refund.
Handling time
Orders are picked and handed to the carrier within one business day of being placed — the same day where we can. That handling day is not included in the transit estimates below. Orders placed at a weekend or on a US public holiday are handled on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Free shipping applies to every United States order, with no minimum spend. The paid US services exist only if you want the parcel sooner.
United Kingdom and Canada orders have a single flat rate of $8.99, with an estimated 10 business days in transit. Any import duty, VAT/GST or customs handling charge raised by the destination country is payable by you and is not collected by us at checkout.
Transit estimates are the carrier's, are counted in business days from dispatch, and are not guaranteed.
If an order is delayed, lost or stolen
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delays and losses are outside our control and we do not currently offer third-party shipping insurance. If something goes wrong, contact us: we will supply the tracking record and carrier contact details so you can open a claim. Claims for parcels accepted by the carrier are settled by the carrier.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund only before the order ships — that is, before a tracking number is issued. In practice this means within about 30 minutes of ordering. Once a parcel is in transit we cannot cancel it, refund it, or change it.
